Grilled Veal Chops with Basil

Ingredients

Add all
  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chopped fresh basil

  • 5

    garlic cloves, chopped

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 4

    fresh milk-fed veal chops

Preparation

Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

In a bowl, mix oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper together.

Coat the chops generously with this mixture.

Put the chops on the grill and cook 3 minutes per side.

Serve with grilled mushrooms and pasta with pesto.
