Ingredients

    veal chops

  • marinade:

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    vegetable oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)

    ground ginger

  • 2

    garlic cloves

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    cornstarch

  • vegetable brochette

  • 8

    radishes

  • 8

    mushrooms

  • 16

    snow peas

Preparation

Marinade:

Mix all the marinade ingredients.

Marinate the veal chops in a large bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Veal chops:

Preheat the barbecue to medium.

Place the veal chops on a oil grill and cook 15 minutes depending of thickness.

Vegetable brochette:

Soak the skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.

Skewer a radish, a mushroom and 2 snow peas on each skewer.

Grill on the barbecue.
