Ingredients

    veal cutlets

  • chili sauce

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    red onion minced

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 1

    rosemary

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    chili sauce

Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Mix all the ingredients for the chili sauce.

Brush the sauce on the meat.

Grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, while brushing with the sauce.
