Grilled Vegetable Brochettes

Add all
  • dressing:

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2

    cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    fresh parsley, fresh oregano

  • pepper to taste

  • leek, cut diagonally

  • white mushrooms, cut in half


Preheat barbecue to medium.

Soak wood skewers in water 15 minutes.

In a bowl, whip yoghurt and remaining ingredients.

Alternate vegetables on skewers.

Brush vegetables with dressing.

Grill uncovered 5 to 10 minutes until vegetables soften.

Turn brochettes often.
