Ground Pork Patties with Oregano and Chili Sauce

  • 1 1/2 lb
    (680 g)

    lean or extra-lean ground pork

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh chopped oregano

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chili sauce

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Tamari sauce

  • 1

    onion finely chopped


Preheat the barbecue to medium.

Mix pork and chopped oregano well. Form 4 uniformly thick patties. Set aside.

In a glass bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.

Brush patties with sauce and grill covered 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
