Ham and Leek Baguette au Gratin

Add all
  • 1

    baguette bread

  • butter in sufficient quantity

  • 1/2

    package of sliced leeks

  • 2

    thin slices of ham, cut in strips

  • your favourite grated cheese to taste


Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C)

Cut the baguette in four equal pieces. Halve each piece horizontally.

Spread each piece with butter and sliced leeks.

Put the ham over leeks.

Cover with grated cheese.

Brown everything in the oven 15 minutes.

Finish cooking at broil.
