Ham Asparagus Rolls

Add all
  • mustard sauce:

  • 1

    garlic clove minced

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    orange juice

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)


  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • slices premium ham

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    creamy goat cheese

  • 8

    asparagus blanched

  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients together. Set aside.

Preheat barbecue to low.

Spread 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) goat cheese on each slice of ham, top with 2 asparagus. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll slices up and fasten rolls with toothpicks.

Brush barbecue grill with oil.

Cook rolls about 3-5 min.

Serve with mustard sauce.
