Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    cider vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chopped roasted hazelnuts

  • pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    nut oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    peanut oil

Preparation

In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, vinegar and hazelnuts; season with pepper.

Slowly stir in nut oil, then peanut oil.

Adjust seasoning.
