Hearty Tomato and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

Add all
  • 900

    organic vegetarian vegetable broth

  • 1 can
    (284 mL)

    condensed 25% less sodium tomato soup

  • 5 cups
    (1 L)

    fresh (cut-up) vegetable mixture (e.g. carrots, peas, celery, potatoes, green beans, red pepper)

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)

    dried oregano leaves, crushed

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    uncooked fusilli pasta

Preparation

Heat broth, soup, vegetables, oregano and garlic powder to a boil in medium saucepan.

Stir in pasta.

Cook at gentle boil until vegetables and pasta are tender - about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
