    condensed chicken broth

  • Sufficient quantity, fresh celery leave

  • 1

    fresh parsley

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)

    fresh basil

  • salt, pepper to taste

  • Grated gruyère cheese to taste


Bring condensed chicken broth to a boil.

Add fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve very hot sprinkled with grated cheese.
