Ingredients

Add all
  • 4 x 4 to 5 oz
    (4 x 120 to 150 g)

    boneless pork chops

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    powdered oregano

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dried rosemary

  • 2

    cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    liquid honey

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh lemon juice

  • To taste, Salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat barbecue to medium.

Trim chops.

Mix herbs, garlic, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper together and coat chops.

Barbecue chops 3 to 5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.
