    large shrimp

  • 2

    cloved garlic, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh chopped chives

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh chopped parsley

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh chopped basil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chopped red pepper

  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    butter

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    white wine

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    fish stock

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.

Shell shrimp, being careful to save the tail. Devein and clean.

Divide shrimp and filling ingredients among 4 papillotes.

Seal and transfer to an oven dish.

Cook 10 to12 minutes.
