Ingredients

Add all
  • 4 lb
    (1,8 kg)

    boneless toupie ham

  • 10

    cloves

  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    water

  • 1 1/2 cup
    (375 mL)

    pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    apple juice

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    dry mustard

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

Stick cloves into ham.

In a roasting pan, place ham . Set aside.

In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over ham.

Roast uncovered 40 minutes, basting occasionally with the maple sauce.

Serve with green peas and apple pieces.
