Ingredients

Add all
  • 10 lb
    (4,5 kg)

    tomato pulp

  • 3

    onions, cut into chunks

  • 4

    green peppers, cut into chunks

  • 1

    celery stalk, cut into chunks

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    vinegar

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sugar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    Salt

  • assorted spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger)

Preparation

Boil tomato pulp, onions, green peppers and celery.

Add salt, vinegar, sugar and assorted spices.

Simmer until ketchup is of desired consistency.

Pour into strerilized jars.
