    chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    mango juice

  • 1/2 tsp.

    liquid honey

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    dried coriander


In a frying pan, melt butter; sear chicken breasts.

Add mango juice, honey, basil and coriander; cover and simmer 10 minutes turning breasts halfway. Serve.
