    clementines juice and zest

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    liquid honey

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    three-fruit marmalade

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    dried parsley

  • 8

    skinless chicken legs or chicken thighs


Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken together.

Place thighs in a baking dish.

Pour sauce over chicken.

Bake 30-35 min or until chicken is cooked through.
