  • 2

    NYNY POM Sliced sesame seed bagels

  • 1 to 2 Tbsp.
    (15 to 30 mL)

    butter, softened

  • 4

    cooked ham

  • 4

    tomato

  • 4

    canned or fresh pineapple sliced, drained

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    apple sauce or relish

  • 1/2 cup
    (375 mL)

    grated mix cheese (yellow cheddar, mozzarella or emmental)

  • sprigs of fresh parsley to garnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to "Broil" to the broiler.

Toast bagels and spread butter.

Place one slice cooked ham on each 1/2 bagel.

Top with tomato slice.

Place on tomato a pineapple slice.

Spoon apple sauce or relish into pineapple center.

Mound cheese on pineapple.

Broil 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and turn light golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
