Hot Cheddar-Bacon Tidbits

Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 oz
    (90 g)

    sliced bacon

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    grated cheddar

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chopped green onion

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    finely diced red pepper

  • freshly ground ground pepper

Preparation

In a skillet, fry bacon. Drain and cut into tiny pieces.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients, including bacon, together.

Microwave on medium heat for about 30 seconds or until cheese melts.
