Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    hot mustard

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dried thyme

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dried oregano

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dried tarragon

Preparation

Mix the ingredients.

Pour over the fish.

Cover and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.

Drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
