Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    whipping cream (35% m.f.)

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    sugar

  • 2 tsp.
    (30 mL)

    whiskey (preferably irish)

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    coffee or espresso

Preparation

Whip cream and 1 tsp. (5 mL) sugar until soft peaks form.

In a stem glass, combine whiskey and remaining sugar.

Heat the glass over a flame, turning it, until the whiskey flames.

Add coffee and top with whipped cream. Do not stir.
