Irresistibles Maple-glazed Salmon

Add all
  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    skin-on salmon fillets

  • Marinade

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    white wine or pure apple juice

  • 2

    bay leaves

  • 1

    garlic clove, sliced very fine

  • freshly ground white or pink pepper to taste

  • pinch of salt


Combine all marinade ingredients.

Marinate salmon fillets, skin-side up, in the refrigerator for about two hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Remove and drain fillets.

Bake until fish is opaque and can be easily flaked with a fork, about 8 minutes
