Add all
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    olive oil

  • 3

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    red wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    liquid honey

  • To taste Salt and pepper

  • 5 cups
    (1 1/2 L)

    shredded romaine lettuce

  • 2

    radicchio shredded

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    radish sprouts

  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    bocconcini cheese sliced

  • 16

    spicy hungarian salami rolled up

  • 2

    red italian tomatoes quartered

  • 16

    black olives


In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, red wine vinegar, honey salt and pepper together and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix lettuce, radicchio and sprouts together. Divide among 4 plates and top with cheese, salami, tomatoes and olives.

Drizzle with dressing and serve with bruschetta.
