    (450 g)

    fresh ground chicken

  • italian basting sauce

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    italian salad dressing

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    light mayonnaise


Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

In a glass bowl, mix sauce ingredients together. Set aside.

Make patties with the ground chicken and place on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil.

Baste chicken patties with sauce and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
