Add all
  • pesto sauce

  • 1

    clove of garlic

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)


  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    fresh basil or 3 tablespoon (45 ml) dried basil

  • 3/4 pkg
    (750 g)

    french fries, straight cut


Place all ingredients for pesto sauce in a food processor and process for one minute.

Oven bake french fries according to package instructions.

Place fries in a bowl and pour pesto sauce over fries, ensuring all fries are covered with pesto sauce.

Place onto serving dish and serve at once.
