Italian Style and Spinach and Havarti Grilled Cheeses

    slices of country bread around 3/4 inches thick

  • 4

    provolone cheese

  • 3

    slices prosciutto or salami, sliced

  • 8

    of basil fresh, shredded

  • 4

    small cafe mushrooms, sliced

  • 4

    slices of mozzarina cheese around 1/4 inches thick

  • ground pepper


Butter bread on both sides.

Put provolone on both slices of bread. Add proscuitto, basil and mushrooms. Pepper and add Mozzarina.

Close sandwiches with two other slices of bread. Grill in a sandwich grill until cheese is melted and the bread is well toasted.
