Kaki and Tamarillo Marinade for Grilled Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1

    ripe kaki

  • 1

    ripe tamarillo

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    teriyaki sauce

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    hungarian pepper

  • 1

    clove garlic

  • 4

    pork cutlet

Preparation

Peel and purée the kaki and tamarillo.

Stir in teriyaki sauce and lime juice.

Chop pepper and garlic. Add to sauce.

Marinate chops 2 to 3 hours.

Grill over medium high heat 5 to 7 minutes.
