Kiwi with Crab and Shrimp Stuffing

  • 2 oz
    (60 g)

    crabmeat, shredded or pollock blend lobster or crabe flavoured

  • 2 oz
    (60 g)

    cooked shrimp frozen 26-30 units per pound, minced

  • juice of half a lime

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)


  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Cut tops off kiwis. Scoop out a third of their flesh and dice it.

In a bowl, combine diced kiwis, shredded crabmeat and minced shrimp. Season and stir in lime juice and mayonnaise. Fill kiwis with mixture.
