Ingredients

Add all
  • 2/3 cup
    (170 mL)

    butter

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    chopped parsley

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    chopped chives

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    chopped tarragon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cream butter and mix it with the other ingredients.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Can be frozen.
