Ingredients

Add all
  • Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    plain yogurt

  • 1/2

    lemon

  • 2 oz
    (60 g)

    Blue cheese, crumbled

  • 1

    garlic clove, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • Salad

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    lettuce

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    swiss chard mix

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    Spinach, torn up

  • 1

    endive, sliced

Preparation

In a blender, combine dressing ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning and refrigerate.

In a salad bowl, toss lettuce and Swiss chard with spinach and endive.

Divide among 4 plates and drizzle with dressing.
