Lettuce-wrapped goat cheese bites

Ingredients

Add all
  • 10

    balls of marinated goat cheese

  • 10

    of basil

  • 3-4

    cherry tomatoes, sliced thinly

  • 5

    leaves ofboston lettuce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Drain the goat cheese balls on absorbent paper.

Place a goat cheese ball on a basil leaf and top the cheese with a cherry tomato slice. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut each leaf of Boston lettuce into strips about 1 inch (3 cm) wide and 4 inches (10 cm) long.

Wrap each cheese ball in a lettuce strip. Use a toothpick to hold the lettuce in place.

Repeat for the remaining cheese balls.
