Ingredients

Add all
  • 3/4 cup
    (680 mL)

    sugar

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    water

  • 1 1/2 lb
    (680 g)

    puree fresh litchis or longan

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    lime juice

Preparation

Over medium heat, dissolve sugar in water.

Add lime juice and puree litchis and blend well.

Spread on a baking sheet and put in freezer for 2 hours.

Stir every 30 minutes, scraping well.

Serve with chopped coriander leaves.
