    juice of 1 orange

  • mayonnaise to taste

  • 2 Tbsp.

    of cream, 10%

  • fresh tarragon, chopped, to taste

  • 1

    lobster, cooked

  • 1

    ciabatta baguette


In a saucepan, heat the juice of orange until it turns to syrup.

In a bowl, mix the syrup with the mayonnaise.

Add a little cream and tarragon.

Cut a cooked lobster into pieces and mix into the sauce.

Slice a Ciabatta lengthwise and lightly grill both sides.

Place the lobster pieces on the bread and serve.
