Add all
  • 1 1/3 lb
    (600 g)

    medium-ground meat (turkey, chicken or pork)

  • 1

    pear, grated

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    SIROPRO Maple syrup

  • 4

    green onions, chopped

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


In a bowl, mix ingredients together and season to taste.

Divide into four parts and shape into patties. Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Grill patties 7-10 minutes or thoroughly cooked (no pink).

Serve with your favourite garnish or as traditional burgers.
