    (500 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • popsicle sticks


In a big saucepan, bring maple syrup to a boil over medium-high heat, keeping a close watch.

Simmer until a little hot syrup dropped in a glass of very cold water forms a soft ball.

Remove syrup from heat before it crystallizes. Spear apples with sticks and roll in syrup.
