Ingredients

Add all
  • 3

    nectarines, peeled and sliced

  • 3

    peaches, peeled and cut into wedges

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    fresh raspberries

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    fresh blueberries

  • 3

    egg yolks

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    cream 15%

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    pure maple syrup

Preparation

Preheat oven to broil.

In a bowl, mix fruits and divide among 4 ramekins.

In the same bowl, whisk cream, egg yolks and maple syrup together. Pour sauce over fruit.

Set ramekins under the broiler for about 10 min.

Serve hot.
