Add all
  • marinade:

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    canola oil

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    apple juice

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    maple syrup

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 2

    garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    dried thyme

  • freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 4

    fresh pork chops


In a shallow glass dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add pork chops and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

Place drained chops on oiled barbecue grill. Cook until meat is done, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
