Ingredients

Add all
  • 3,5 g

    (1/2 envelope) gelatin

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    apple juice

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    frozen raspberries

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    plain yogurt (1% m.f. or less)

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    maple flakes

Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over apple juice and let bloom.

Heat apple juice and bloomed gelatine for two minutes, then stir.

Purée frozen raspberries in the blender.

Combine puréed raspberries and yogurt in a bowl.

Stir in heated apple juice and gelatine mixture.

Divide evenly among five dessert cups.

Refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Sprinkle a few maple flakes over each cup.

Enjoy.
