    dry mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    (1 1/2 L)

    spruce beer

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    Maple syrup


Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Put ham in a roasting pan.

Mix mustard into butter and baste ham with mixture.

Stud ham with cloves.

Pour spruce beer and maple syrup into roasting pan.

Roast uncovered 75 min., basting occasionally with pan juices.
