Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 4

    servings ice cream, any flavour

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    any fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, melon, peaches, kiwi, banana, etc.)


In a big saucepan, bring maple syrup to a boil over medium-high heat, keeping a close watch.

Simmer until a little hot syrup dropped in a glass of very cold water forms a soft ball.

Layer maple taffy, ice cream and fruit in sundae glasses, and serve.
