Add all
  • 4 x 4 to 5 oz
    (4 x 120 to 150 g)

    turkey breast steaks

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • sauce:

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    whipping cream

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)


  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    Skinned toasted filberts

  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a glass bowl, marinate turkey breast steaks in lemon juice and maple syrup for about 1 hour.

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Remove steaks from marinade and drain well.

Place the steaks on the oiled grill and barbecue 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Pour sauce ingredients into a pan, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat until desired consistency is reached.

Top steaks with sauce.
