Ingredients

Add all
  • marinade:

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1

    garlic clove, chopped

  • 4

    juniper berries, crushed

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chopped fresh mint

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    honey

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    white wine

  • Salt and pepper to taste

    lamb chops

Preparation

In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add chops and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

Preheat barbecue to medium.

Cook drained chops 2-3 min. per side.
