Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    various olives, black, green

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    fennel seeds

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    coriander seeds

  • minced hot pepper to taste

  • peel of 1/2 lemon, finely grated

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chopped fresh thyme

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1

    garlic clove, minced

  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours.
