    boneless turkey breast

  • marinade:

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    grated fresh ginger

  • 2

    chopped garlic cloves


Place the turkey breasts in an oven dish.

Thoroughly mix the oil, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a bowl.

Pour the mixture over the turkey breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the turkey breasts for about 1 hour.

Serve on a bed of rice or linguini.
