Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    Meaux mustard

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    pecans

  • 1

    lemon, juiced

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    white wine vinegar

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    olive oil

Preparation

In a food processor, at low speed process all the ingredients except for the oil.

Drizzle in the oil to make a smooth mixture. Refrigerate
