Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 1/2 lb
    (1 kg)

    turkey breast

  • marinade:

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    salad dressing

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    fresh finely chopped parsley

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    fresh orange juice

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    dried oregano

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    ground black pepper

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Mix all marinade ingredients well.

Put turkey breasts in the marinade; macerate 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove breasts from the marinade; drain well.

Cook over medium heat, in a frying pan or on the barbecue, about 15 to 20 minutes; serve.
