Ingredients

Add all
  • salsa:

  • 2

    fresh tomatoes, seeded and diced

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped white onion

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    lime juice

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh coriander

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1

    green onion or chives, chopped

  • 1

    garlic clove, chopped

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 4

    original Juicy Jumbo wieners

  • 4 5 in. (12.5 cm) pieces of baguette, slit open

Preparation

Preheat barbecue to medium.

In a bowl, mix salsa ingredients together. Set aside. Put wieners on oiled barbecue rack and cook 6-8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Put wieners in pieces of baguette and top with salsa.
