    mini lamb kabobs

  • spicy sauce:

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    wine vinegar

  • 1 pinch


  • 1 pinch


  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 drops



Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Mix all the ingredients for the spicy sauce in a bowl.

Brush the kabobs and cook on the grill for 4 to 6 minutes, turning frequently.
