Mini Maple and Marshmallow Cones

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    butter

  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 1 can

    sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 cups
    (125 mL)

    marshmallows

  • 60

    miniature cones or 36 baked mini-tart shells

Preparation

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.

Add brown sugar, maple syrup and sweetened condensed milk. Blend thoroughly and cook on medium-high for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add marshmallows, stirring until melted.

Fill cones or tart shells and chill in the refrigerator.
