Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    drinkable vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    frozen blueberries

  • 1

    ripe banana, medium-sized

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    crushed ice

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    liquid honey

Preparation

Put the orange juice, yogurt, blueberries, banana, ice and honey in a blender. Mix at high speed for a few minutes until liquefied.
