Muesli Muffins

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 box
    (500 g)

    50% fruits and nuts muesli

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    flour

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    Salt

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    purfiltre 1% milk

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sunflower oil

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, mix liquid ingredients together, blending thorougly.

Add liquid mixture to dry mixture, stirring until batter is smooth.

Spoon batter into buttered muffin pans and bake at 400°F / 200°C for about 20 minutes or until muffins turn golden brown.
